About Stefanie

In the 1980’s my obsession with food and how it impacts health began. After years of schooling, I’m proud to call myself a culinary nutritionist—a professional chef with a Masters of Science in nutrition. Now I help people get healthy and stay healthy by giving them the lowdown on what the fork they’re really eating.
