Stefanie is working closely with Wellness Foundation of East Hampton (WFEH) to build and teach their culinary program—Nutrition in the Kitchen—to complement their W Kids in classroom curriculum. Each 90 minutes cooking class will explore meal options that are simple, nutritious and DELICIOUS. In this hands-on class, students and their grown-ups will be divided into groups of four and have the opportunity to cook multiple recipes. The class will end with a community tasting and discussion to share experiences plus address questions and concerns.
