In this interactive class designed for medical, health, and wellness professionals, participants will learn about health-supportive ingredients and how to use them to maintain optimal health and alleviate (and even reverse) illness. Participants will prepare a delicious, nutrient-dense menu using local, organic and seasonal ingredients; followed by a lively communal meal to conclude the conference weekend. Chef instructors will include Natural Gourmet Institute alumni Rebecca Katz, a nationally-acclaimed chef, author, culinary translator and expert on the role of food in supporting optimal health; Stefanie Sacks; and Marti Wolfson, an internationally-recognized culinary wellness practitioner who educates clients and audiences about the power of a whole foods lifestyle and mind-body skills for optimal health.
