Stefanie as a Culinary Nutritionist

Stefanie has taken her knowledge and skills as a professional chef with a Masters in Nutrition to a new level. She facilitates food lifestyle change through personalized nutrition therapy and culinary guidance. Central to Stefanie’s work is educating people about nutrition through hands-on experiences with food— learning how to shop for and prepare food is paramount to understanding how to eat a healthy diet.

Both her personal and professional experiences enable her to work with individuals and groups with (and without) health concerns including, but not limited to:

She does not preach one particular diet or lifestyle; programs are tailored to meet an individual's specific needs. Achieving better health involves two basic principles:

*Foods that are not refined or highly processed and void of chemicals, artificial ingredients, pesticides, herbicides, fungicides, hormones, antibiotics, texture enhancers and wax.

Stefanie applies her expertise one-on-one, in groups and as a consultant. Stefanie's comprehensive list of culinary nutrition services
