Stefanie Bryn Sacks, M.S. is dedicated
to helping people live healthier lives by teaching them, hands-on,
how to nourish themselves through proper food choices.

As individuals, our nourishment needs
differ. To determine a person’s food and nutritional needs,
it is necessary to:
• assess personal food and nutrition
status
• understand what resources and choices are available
• make necessary changes to achieve better health
Stefanie facilitates lifestyle change
through nutrition therapy and culinary guidance. She does not
preach one particular diet or lifestyle; programs are tailored
to meet an individual's specific needs. Achieving better health
involves two basic principles:
• consuming a diet rich in natural
whole foods*
• eating a variety of foods in moderation
Stefanie’s work is unique in
that it is highly personalized. Ultimately, her goal is to give
you the necessary tools to help yourself—learning how to
shop for and prepare food is paramount to understanding how to
eat a healthy diet.

processed and void of chemicals, artificial ingredients, pesticides,
herbicides, fungicides, hormones, antibiotics, texture enhancers
and wax.
